Jive35 processes photographs on your device. The app does not send photographs, identifiers or usage information to a developer-operated server. It has no account system, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.

Photographs and settings

Photographs, retained originals, recipes and favourites are stored in the app's private storage. Preferences and catalogue ownership are stored locally. Image processing, including subject protection where supported, runs on the device.

Permissions

Camera permission enables photography. Motion supports the camera level. The system photo picker lets you select photographs to import. The app requests permission to add photographs to Photos when you choose that export action.

Exports and third-party services

Photographs leave the app when you choose to export or share them. Developed exports omit location metadata. Unmodified DNG originals retain their original metadata, which may include location. Recipients and services you choose have their own privacy practices.

Apple's photo picker, iCloud photo downloads and device backups are governed by your Apple settings and Apple's policies. The developer does not operate those services.

Retention and deletion

Delete photographs through the Jive35 library, or remove favourites and installed styles through their menus. Removing a catalogue item hides it but retains its local ownership record so it can be added again. Deleting the app removes its local data. Photographs saved to Photos, shared elsewhere or retained in a backup must be managed separately.
