What the site processes
This is a static website. It has no account, photo upload, contact form, newsletter, advertising pixel or intentionally installed analytics script. Visiting it sends ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time, to Cloudflare so the pages can be delivered and protected. Cloudflare may use essential security mechanisms when needed.
If you email support, we receive your address, message and anything you choose to attach. Please avoid sending private photographs or sensitive logs unless needed for a support request.
Purpose and legal basis
Technical request data is used to deliver and secure the site under our legitimate interest in operating a reliable public service. We use support emails to answer your request and investigate issues; the basis is your request for support and our legitimate interest in responding. We do not use support email for marketing.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security and email forwarding. Messages to info@jive35.com are forwarded to a Gmail mailbox operated by the publisher; your email provider and Google also handle correspondence. These providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and policies. The website does not send your message to an analytics or advertising service.
Retention
Cloudflare controls the retention of its technical and security records under its service settings. Support correspondence remains in the monitored mailbox until manually deleted when no longer needed for support or necessary business records; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Copies retained by your email provider are subject to its policies.
